Topper Harper

Topper Harper currently serves as a HAZMAT Specialist at The Evans Network of Companies since July 2023. With a robust background in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, Topper has been an Infantry Officer since August 2018 and held the role of Unit Movement Officer from August 2022 to July 2023. Previous experience includes working as an Operations Coordinator at Nolan Transportation Group from August 2019 to October 2022, and earlier positions as a Dishwasher and Server Assistant at Gennaros Restaurant from October 2011 to June 2015. Additionally, Topper worked as an Accountant/Bookkeeper and Crew Worker at TopSide Boating and Topside Boat Training and Charters from July 2009 to June 2015. Topper holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from The Citadel, completed in 2018.
