Aaron Katz

Aaron Katz is a seasoned professional in the field of information security with a robust career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of Security Driven Infrastructure at The TCW Group since January 2024, Katz has also been a CISO Governing Body Member at Evanta, a Gartner Company since 2021. Katz's previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer at Genesis and Soros Fund Management, as well as Director of Cyber Defense and Director of Threat Intelligence at S&P Global. Early career experiences include positions at PR Newswire, Mandiant, Ernst & Young, and the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Katz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems and Classical Languages & Literatures from the University of Maryland.
