Andy Basinger

Andy Basinger, CRISC, has extensive experience in information technology and security, currently serving at Monarch since February 2012 in multiple roles including Fleet, CTO - Senior Vice President, Facilities, Real Estate Leases, and CIO. Basinger oversees technical strategy, leads the Facilities team supporting over 140 locations in North Carolina, and directs the IT department's alignment with business objectives. Additionally, as a CIO Governing Body Member with Evanta, a Gartner Company, Basinger engages with tech leaders in the Carolinas to foster collaborative exchanges and provide thought leadership. Previous roles include Senior Manager of IT Security Engineering at New Breed Logistics, Information Security Operations Director at Delhaize America, and various management positions at Food Lion, LLC, focusing on information security and risk management.
