Emily O'Carroll currently serves as Field CISO at GuidePoint Security and is a Governing Body Member and prior Co-Chair of Southern California CISOs for Evanta, a Gartner Company. Emily has been an active board member of the San Diego CISO Roundtable since 2015, contributing to discussions on cybersecurity threats and trends. Previously, Emily was the Head of Global Information Security & IT Compliance at Topgolf Callaway Brands, where remarkable company growth during a period of over 500% revenue increase was achieved. Prior experience includes a decade at KPMG US in various leadership roles within Information Technology Advisory, focusing on cybersecurity consulting and IT audit engagements for Fortune 500 companies. Emily holds a BA in Math and Economics from UC San Diego and is an alumnus of the FBI San Diego Citizens Academy Alumni Association.
