Ewa Pilat

Ewa Pilat is a seasoned senior security executive currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since 2025. Ewa has held prominent roles in various organizations, including as the Group Chief Information Security Officer for Jaguar Land Rover and Willis Towers Watson, and as Vice President at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business. With a strong educational background, Ewa has completed a Master of Science and a Global MBA, along with Postgraduate Management Studies and PhD studies. Ewa also shares knowledge as a visiting lecturer at Kozminski University and Warsaw University of Technology Business School, and co-chairs the UK CISO Executive Summit Governing Body under Evanta, a Gartner Company.
