Justin Rainey

Justin Rainey is a global information security and privacy leader currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) at UMB Bank. With over two decades of experience, Justin has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Invesco Ltd. and Franklin Templeton, and is actively involved in advisory capacities with multiple industry groups. As a published author and speaker, Justin has contributed to the field with expertise in risk management frameworks and regulations. Justin holds certifications including NACD.DC, CISSP, and CIPP/US and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Political Science at the University of Houston.
