Kalyani S. is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Data & AI Officer at Verizon, leading the company's Data and AI initiatives to enhance employee and customer experiences and operational efficiency. Kalyani has held various leadership roles at Verizon since November 2002, including Vice President of Data Engineering and Vice President and Managing Director for the technology center in India, where responsibilities included overseeing strategy and operations for a workforce of over 7,000 employees. Kalyani began as a System Engineer and progressed through multiple roles, contributing to significant projects such as Wireless-Wireline integration and business transformation. Additionally, Kalyani serves as a Governing Body Member at Evanta, a Gartner Company, and as a Board Member at the EDM Council. Kalyani holds a Master of Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University.
