Randy Yu

Randy Yu is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Communications, and Administration at MISUMI USA since August 2017. In addition to this role, Randy Yu is actively involved in multiple organizations, serving as a board member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Central Illinois and the Schaumburg Business Association, as well as being a member of the Chicago CHRO Governing Body at Evanta, a Gartner Company. Randy Yu holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Cornell University, along with an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Previous experience includes leadership roles at NVR, Inc., Westat, and EADS North America, with a focus on transforming HR functions into strategic business partners and driving organizational change.
