Rich Kellen

Rich Kellen is an accomplished information security executive with extensive experience in leading security initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at IFF since November 2024, Rich also co-chairs the CISO Governing Body at Evanta, a Gartner Company, since November 2014. Previous roles include Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Wind River and Qorvo, Inc., as well as various leadership positions in information security and IT infrastructure at Keysight Technologies, Agilent Technologies, and Hewlett-Packard. Rich began a career in the U.S. Air Force, working in communications security, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Rich possesses a Top Secret Government Security Clearance.
