Roberto de Paolis

Roberto De Paolis currently serves as the Head of Digital Security & Security Operations at Leonardo since January 2018, overseeing IT Security at the Group Level and managing all IT Infrastructure & Operations for the Corporate perimeter. In addition to this role, Roberto is a teacher for the Master in Cyber Security at Università degli Studi Link, focusing on key topics including Network & Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, and Zero Trust. Roberto also serves as Chairman of NATO Industrial Advisory Group Study 294 and is a Governing Body Member of the Italy CISO Community at Evanta, a Gartner Company. Previous positions include Head of ICT Security at Gruppo bancario Iccrea, various leadership roles in security at UniCredit, Security roles at Sky Italia, and Networking and Security Specialist at Northrop Grumman Italy. Roberto has also provided consultancy services for multiple organizations. Roberto holds a degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Information Technology from Sapienza Università di Roma.
