Sandeep Sharma

Sandeep Sharma is a seasoned expert in information security architecture with a current role as Principal Security Architect at Blue Shield of California since March 2021. Sandeep has extensive experience in identity and access management, enterprise risk management, and cyber security across various organizations, including voluntary positions as a CISO Governing Body Member at Evanta and a CIO/CISO Governing Body Member at AESO. Previous roles include cyber security and risk management at Canadian Pacific Railway, as well as senior and principal positions at California ISO, Fujitsu, Persistent Systems, and SAS. Sandeep holds a PGDSE in Computer Software Engineering from the Software Engineering Institute in association with Carnegie Mellon and multiple degrees in engineering from Kremenchuk State Polytechnical University.
