Sanjeevan Bala

Sanjeevan Bala serves as the Group Chief Data & AI Officer at ITV since May 2020, where responsibilities include spearheading the digital data and AI transformation for the UK's largest commercial broadcaster. Additionally, Sanjeevan holds several Non-Executive Director positions at SThree and Bakkavor since April 2024 and July 2021, respectively, contributing to audit, risk, and ESG committees. As a guest lecturer at INSEAD Executive Education, Sanjeevan imparts knowledge on applied AI twice annually. Previous roles include Director of Data Science at Channel 4, Managing Director at eMpresto, and various leadership positions at Clear Cell Group and dunnhumby. Sanjeevan has an extensive educational background from INSEAD and King's College London, focusing on strategy and management.
