Simon Hughes is an accomplished data and analytics leader with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Group Head of Data and Analytics at Markerstudy Insurance since February 2021, Simon oversees a significant operation supporting over 6 million policyholders. Additionally, Simon is a Chief Data Officer Governing Body Member at Evanta, a Gartner Company, since April 2020, fostering collaboration among senior data leaders. Previous roles include Head of Data & Analytics at Hiscox Insurance, Business Intelligence Programme Director at Capita, and Programme Director - Information & Data at Shell. Simon also held various positions at J.P.
