Simone Pezzoli

Simone Pezzoli is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and digital transformation, currently serving as the Customer Security Officer for Western Europe at Microsoft since July 2024. In addition to this role, Simone is a Contract Professor at the School of Management, Università di Torino, and EMBA Ticinensis, teaching courses focused on digital transformation and cybersecurity. Simone holds multiple positions, including Scientific Committee Member at Cyber Security Italy Foundation, Co-Founder and Board Member of ASSOCISO, and Advisory Board Member for Nana Bianca's Cybershield program. As the Founder and Leader of CISOs4AI, Simone advocates for the integration of AI in security practice. Previously, Simone acted as Chief Technology Officer at Haier Europe, managing various aspects of digital transformation and cybersecurity across multiple brands. An active participant in the European cybersecurity community, Simone has also held leadership roles within ECSO and Evanta's CIO Community. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and advanced executive education from prestigious institutions.
