Tod Mitchinson

Tod Mitchinson is an accomplished cybersecurity leader currently serving as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at New York Life Insurance Company since 2016. Additionally, Tod plays a key role as Governing Body Co-Chair for the New York CISO Community at Evanta, a Gartner Company. Previous experience includes positions as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at AIG, Chief Information Security Officer at ICAP, and various leadership roles at Credit Suisse, CSC, and Bankers Trust. With a strong background in IT security, risk, and compliance management, Tod has successfully implemented global security strategies, developed risk frameworks, and managed teams across multiple regions. Education includes a degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego and advanced studies at IMD.
