Shannon Bell

Shannon Bell currently serves as the EVP and Chief Digital Officer at OpenText, responsible for overseeing all IT and digital systems, data platforms, and security compliance since September 2023. Previously, Shannon was the Senior Vice President of IT and Digital at Rogers Communications from September 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included technology strategy execution and budget management. At Amdocs from January 2011 to July 2019, Shannon held leadership roles focusing on product management, strategy, and overseeing product development in Digital and Intelligence after the acquisition of Bridgewater Systems. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Bridgewater Systems, NewStep Networks, and MetaSolv Software, where Shannon drove product innovation and corporate strategy, contributing to substantial business growth and transformations. Shannon earned an MBA from the University of Surrey.
