Anna Sijbring has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Anna is currently working at EVBox as a Customer Support representative since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Renault Nederland for four years from January 2017 to April 2021, serving as the Coordinator Z.E. Customer Relations in the electric mobility sector. Before their time at Renault, Anna worked as a Healthcare Worker at Buurtdiensten Amsterdam-West for two years from January 2014 to April 2016. Anna'sexperience also includes working at Microsoft, where they held various roles. From February 2008 to May 2013, they served as the Area Manager for Customer and Partner Advocacy in North Western Europe. Prior to that, Anna held the position of Teamlead Customer & Partner Advocacy Netherlands from May 2006 to November 2007, and as an Advocacy Specialist in Customer Partner Advocacy, Netherlands from December 2004 to May 2006.

Anna Sijbring obtained their Master's degree in Neuro- and Rehabilitation psychology from Radboud University in 2001. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Building Relationships While Working from Home" and "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn, in June 2021.
