Jean-Pascal Bourdier's work experience begins in 2007 with their role as a Project Leader in Aftersales engineering at Renault Samsung Motors in Korea. jean-pascal was responsible for implementing the Korean Aftersales engineering team and overseeing various aspects such as service methods, owner manuals, diagnostic tools, wiring schematics, spare parts catalogs, accessories, and dealer special tools.

In 2010, Bourdier joined Nissan Japon as a Project Leader, where they managed the Nissan Owner manual team and played a key role in the development of the LEAF (EV) Owner manual. During this time, the team won the award for the best manual in Japan, thanks to innovative features such as a new layout, CAD images, QR codes, and links to YouTube.

From 2012 to 2015, at Renault SA, Bourdier served as the Accessory & Aftersales specific products General Manager, leading a team of around 40 people and overseeing six teams abroad. Their responsibilities included accessory design and development for Renault SA, including tow bars, roof bars, and radio/navigation systems.

At Nissan Motor Corporation, Bourdier held the position of Aftersales General Manager from 2015 to 2017, where their main focus was developing Nissan's aftersales business and improving service quality for the GCC and MED regions. jean-pascal was responsible for building business and marketing plans, including advertisements, campaigns, and incentive schemes.

In 2018, Bourdier joined Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi as the Aftersales strategy director, where they played a key role in the worldwide aftersales strategy of the Renault group. Their responsibilities included establishing long-term plans, analyzing business disruptions, digitalizing business processes, preparing for artificial intelligence adoption, regionalization efforts, and identifying business opportunities and partnerships. jean-pascal also focused on assessing the skills and talents required for the future.

Bourdier's career progressed within Nissan, where they became the Aftersales GM of Nissan AMI in 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the AMI region, overseeing business performance, customer satisfaction, and dealer network development. Their duties included implementing business and mid-term plans, monitoring business performance, and forming aftersales business strategies. jean-pascal also worked on accelerating accessory and associated business growth.

From 2021 to 2022, Bourdier served as VP, Head of MEA Parts & Services at Stellantis, leading the parts and services operations for the Middle East and Africa region.

In 2022, Bourdier joined VINFAST as the VP, Director of Global Aftersales Engineering, Training, and Field Support. jean-pascal was responsible for overseeing global aftersales engineering, training, and field support operations.

Currently, Bourdier is the Vice President of Customer Services at EVBox, a position they have held since April 2023.

Jean-Pascal Bourdier attended Ecoles des Mines de Nancy from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Diplome d'ingénieur in Materials and Electronics. This program required five years of study and awarded a bachelor's degree upon completion.
