Jörg R.

Jörg R. began their work experience in 2015 as a Projektingenieur at Brunel Car Synergies, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Elektroingenieur at Eickhoff Bergbautechnik GmbH. In 2019, they joined innogy eMobility Solutions GmbH as a Serviceingenieur für DC Schnellladelösungen, where they stayed until 2021. Since 2021, Jörg has been working at EVBox. Jörg started as the Manager, DC Support DACH and later took on the role of Manager, DC Support Northern Region. In these positions, they manage a team that handles escalated technical issues raised by customers and provides support remotely or through field service actions. Jörg also creates documentation of interventions and supports Level 3 teams.

From 2014 to 2016, Jörg R. attended Hochschule Bochum and obtained a Master of Science degree in Elektromobilität.

Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, Jörg R. studied at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Elektrotechnik - Energietechnik.

Before pursuing higher education, from 2006 to 2009, Jörg R. had an Ausbildung (apprenticeship) at RWE, specializing in Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik.

Furthermore, Jörg R. holds an additional certification, Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, which was obtained from Lean Six Sigma Partners in April 2023.
