Support Engineer at EVBox

Paul Mège has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paul started their career as a Final Placement at Instituto Tecnologico de Aragon in 2011. Paul then worked as an Electrical System Engineer at SkyAircraft in 2012. Following that, they joined Airbus as an Electrical Engineer, where they supported suppliers on electrical engineering aspects for the development of equipment for the A350. Paul also reviewed technical documents, test procedures, and assessed test reports and deviations. In 2016, they became a Product Engineer at ALTEN BELGIUM, where they were responsible for the development and integration of the genuine alarm system accessory and Air-conditioning retrofits for Toyota Motors Europe. Paul collaborated with accessory supplier Vodafone Automotive SpA and Toyota Motor Corporation in developing the first Toyota accessory connected to vehicle CAN-Bus. At ALTEN Germany, they worked as a System Engineer, leading the development of an illuminated touch sensor integrated in the lavatory mirror using capacitive sensing technology. Paul defined and specified the product and its interfaces, drove the development in a V-model, and developed a test bench using an Arduino. Paul then joined ALTEN Germany as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they worked from September 2020 to March 2021. Currently, they are employed at EVBox as a Field Support Engineer and Support Engineer, providing technical support, field testing, and monitoring new products, software, and features.

Paul Mège completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes - ENIT, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. At some point, they also attended Ingeniørhøjskolen i København, specializing in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, but the duration and completion of this program are not provided.
