Sam Mitrakul began their work experience in June 2018 as an Accounting Coordinator for the People-Payroll team at Agoda. They then transitioned to the role of Data Coordinator in July 2019, before being promoted to the position of Data Analyst - Workday technical in February 2020. Sam was subsequently promoted to Compensation & Benefits Analyst in September 2020, and later became a Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst in March 2022. They joined EVBox in November 2022 as an Operation Specialist.

Sam Mitrakul pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Srinakharinwirot University from 2013 to 2017.
