Jaime David

Jaime David has a diverse work experience. Jaime started their career as a chef at the Royalton Hotel in 2017, where they served as the Executive Chef until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Chef at The Roxy Hotel Tribeca. In 2020, they joined the Soho Grand Hotel as a Chef and remained there until 2020.

In 2021, Jaime transitioned into becoming a Full-Stack Engineer Software Engineer. Jaime worked on various projects, including A-ME-ZON, where they implemented Stripe for e-commerce payment features. Jaime also utilized Firebase for user profile data storage and deployment. Additionally, they worked on the Me-Flix project, where they fetched data from TMDB API to create a movie website similar to Netflix.

Most recently, Jaime worked as a Full Stack Engineer at MOODY(Project), starting in 2021. Jaime learned and utilized React Native and Firebase to create a functional mobile chat application. Jaime also used Firebase's "Snapshot" feature for real-time instant rendering of new messages.

Jaime's current position is as a Full Stack Engineer at Evelt, where they started in April 2023.

Jaime David completed their education in 2022 at the Flatiron School, where they earned a degree in Software Engineering. The field of study was focused on Computer Software Engineering.
