Mag Rodriguez is a dynamic leader in the music and startup industries, currently serving as CEO and Founder of EVEN since February 2022, which focuses on connecting artists and fans. Prior to this role, Mag Rodriguez held positions as Managing Director and Director at gener8tor from April 2018 to September 2022, contributing to a nationally ranked accelerator that funds high-growth startups. Additionally, Rodriguez was Managing Director and Director of gener8tor Music, a grant-based accelerator recognized as one of the most innovative music companies by Fast Company in 2020. From January 2012 to January 2022, Rodriguez owned and operated Magic Studios as Head Audio Engineer, working on notable projects with artist IshDARR, whose tracks garnered millions of streams. Earlier career efforts included artist management roles for IshDARR and Canis Major Beats.
