Ashish was a Project Leader at Futurestep, responsible for managing recruitment solutions, and they also served as an HR Business Partner at Tata Motors Ltd, where they provided strategic HR direction to various departments and implemented programs such as mentorship and recruitment. Ashish began their career as a Business Analyst at Deloitte, specializing in Human Capital Advisory Services. Through their roles, Ashish has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR management, and driving organizational growth.

Ashish Kumar's education history starts in 1989 when they attended Welham Boys School. Ashish studied science at this school until 2000, but they did not complete a degree. Following this, from 2000 to 2006, they attended Symbiosis Law School in Pune, where they pursued a degree in law and successfully completed their LLB. Finally, from 2006 to 2008, Ashish enrolled at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where they pursued an MBA in Human Resource Management and completed their degree.
