Jayeeta Datta

Jayeeta Datta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple technology companies and roles. Jayeeta is currently the Engineering Lead at Even, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Twitter as a Senior Software Engineer/Tech lead from September 2021 to January 2023. Jayeeta also has experience at Google as an SWE from February 2020 to August 2021. Before that, they were a DSML Summer Associate Intern at J.P. Morgan in the QR Equities & Derivatives Team for the summer of 2019. In 2018, they were a Software Engineer II at dunzo.in, where they developed various features and systems using NodeJS, MongoDB, Firebase, Django, PostgresSQL, and Redis. Additionally, they have worked at GoPigeon (now Narvar) as a Team Lead for Fulfillment Technologies from April 2017 to March 2018, and as a Software Developer/Data Scientist from December 2015 to April 2017. Jayeeta started their career as a Member Technical Staff at D. E. Shaw India Software Private Limited in July 2015. In 2014, they completed a Summer Internship at Microsoft India where they worked on building and deploying a portal using Asp.Net MVC, Kendo UI Reporting Tool, Telerik Reporting, and Bootstrap.

Jayeeta Datta pursued their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore, starting in 2011 and completing it in 2015. Following that, they attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer & Information Science.
