WHO ARE WE?

We are Evenfields.

Diversity and Inclusion Connectors.

Evenfields aren’t just recruiters, we’re connectors. Our aim is to create sustainable connections between communities and businesses.

We believe in promoting inclusive career opportunities that reflect the local demographic.

WHAT DO WE DO?

Our approach starts at the beginning, working with schools to develop a new generation of employees. We provide students with focused career guidance, linking school learning to future careers and allowing them to make informed decisions about their futures.

We work with businesses to share their vacancies with our talent pool – and provide bespoke training and consultation on workplace diversity. The services we provide can be tailored to the needs of your business - whether it’s recruitment, communication training programmes or just research - we create diverse and inclusive solutions for everybody.

Our end-to-end focus creates a sustainable connection between communities and businesses. Developing young talent and helping businesses flourish. Everyone grows in Evenfields.
