Jon Tuma

Jon Tuma has over 25 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Jon began their career in 1993 as a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Jon then joined The Home Depot in 2002 as part of their Leadership Program. In 2004, they returned to Booz Allen Hamilton as an Organization and Strategy Consultant. In 2007, Jon joined American Capital as the Director of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness. Jon then moved to AvalonBay Communities in 2014 as the Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development. In 2020, they joined MyEyeDr. as the Head of HR Operations, where they supported 7,000 associates across 700+ locations. Most recently in 2021, they joined Evenly Technologies, Inc. as the Head of People and Culture.

Jon Tuma holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University.
