Lesley Allen

Lesley Allen has extensive experience in the orthodontic and dental industries. Lesley began their career in 1993 as an Orthodontic Practice Marketing and Treatment Coordinator for Orthodontic Practice - Richard Drummond DMD. In 2003, they became a Sales and Marketing Consultant for Coaching Solutions. In 2004, they joined Align Technology as a Regional Business Manager, Sales and Territory Manager, Greater Philadelphia area Sales. Lesley provided product advice, as well as marketing and social media marketing expertise. In 2008, they began their own company, Lesley Allen Practice Resources, as a Marketing and Orthodontic Practice Management Consultant. Lesley created orthodontic and dental practice growth through marketing consulting, sales training, treatment coordinator training, social media marketing consulting, referral marketing, patient referral marketing and team customer service training. In 2012, they became the Director of Sales and Client Services for Vision Trust Communications. In 2016, they joined OrthoAccel® Technologies, Inc. as a Territory Sales Manager and Practice Integration Consultant. In 2018, they became a Territory Sales Manager for ClearCorrect. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Evenly as Regional Director, Mid-Atlantic and Key Account Manager.

Lesley Allen attended Staples High School in Westport, CT, before earning their B.A. in English Literature from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 1900.
