Event Atlantic is a non-profit association dedicated to strengthening and advancing event tourism across Atlantic Canada.

We connect cities, destinations, and industry leaders to foster collaboration, build capacity, and elevate the region as a world-class host for events of all sizes. From community festivals and cultural celebrations to major national and international events, we believe that events are catalysts for economic growth, cultural exchange, and community pride.

Our key objectives include:
- Inspiring the growth, development, and sustainability of event tourism in Atlantic Canada
- Sharing best practices, research, and resources to help events of all sizes thrive
- Establishing consistent event measures to strengthen evaluation and impact
- Exploring joint event hosting opportunities that showcase regional collaboration
- Marketing Atlantic Canada as a premier event hosting destination on the national and global stage

Through initiatives like the Event Atlantic Summit, the region’s leading gathering of event professionals, and the Excellence Awards, which celebrate leadership, innovation, and achievement, we provide space for connection, collaboration, and recognition.

By bringing together communities, tourism organizations, event organizers, and partners, Event Atlantic helps ensure that Atlantic Canada’s events are not only memorable experiences but also drivers of lasting social, cultural, and economic benefits.

Together, we’re shaping the future of events in Atlantic Canada, one celebration, one partnership, and one bold idea at a time.
