Joe Chimienti

Joe Chimienti is currently a Platform Engineer at Event Dynamic. Prior to that, they were a Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Dallas and a Software Developer Intern at SEQ Technology LLC.

At The University of Texas at Dallas, Joe was responsible for assisting the professor in preparing course material for Web Development, helping students understand the concepts of web designing, databases, javascript, and Ajax methodology, giving unique projects to students and evaluating them, and grading exams, assignments, quizzes, and monitoring attendance.

At SEQ Technology LLC, Joe designed and implemented user interface using HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, and Angular 4, wrote python code that called server-side APIs over JSON, built reusable shared components across the application, implemented Angular Router to enable navigation from one view to the next as customer performs application tasks, worked on GIT as version control, utilized NPM scripts for build and test environments in the application, used socket technology to retrieve data within 2secs, and performed UI and backend testing to compare report data against the corresponding values in the database.

Joe Chimienti has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from GITAM Deemed University.
