Jason Pindzia

Jason Pindzia is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in event management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at So Cool Events, Event Source, and Panache Events since October 2021, Jason has played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies within the event rental industry. Prior to these roles, Jason was the Regional HR Manager at Digital Room, Inc., and held various HR positions at Event Source and Panache Events starting in 2017, as well as at Proforma Worldwide Support Center. Jason’s career began in technical recruiting and training, starting with Aerotek and Applebee's, and has consistently focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
