As a holding company, eventa AG develops and finances companies in the technology sector with the focus on smart building automation and visualization systems as well as could-based solutions for data acquisition, analysis and evaluation. The owner-managed company has three subsidiaries, namely livebau, a specialist for digital lighting and building automation technology, 010digital, an IT service provider, and LB One Services, an expert on event production and staff leasing. Founded in 1994, the parent company has been operating as a technology holding under the name of eventa AG since 2001 and is based in Seeshaupt near Munich, Germany.
