Chris Adams

Chris Adams has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Chris is currently the Head of Platform Product at Eventbrite since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CVS Health as the Executive Director of Platform Product from April 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining CVS Health, Chris held various positions at EBSCO Information Services. Chris served as the Sr. Vice President of Platform Product Management from February 2020 to April 2021, where they provided technical product management and strategic direction for 15 platform domains. Chris was also the Vice President of Platform Product Management from November 2018 to February 2020, overseeing four Agile Release Trains and implementing product roadmaps. Additionally, they held the role of Sr. Director of Business Intelligence from April 2018 to November 2018, where they defined the vision and roadmap for business intelligence and analytics.

Earlier in their career, Chris worked at Microsoft as a Principal Engineering Manager from March 2015 to April 2018, leading a team responsible for delivering shared features in Office 365. Chris also served as a Principal Test Manager from April 2005 to March 2015. Prior to Microsoft, they were the Director of Quality Assurance at Groove Networks from June 2001 to April 2005. Chris started their career at IDX Systems Corporation as a Test Manager from August 1991 to March 2000.

Chris Adams obtained a Bachelor's degree from Union College, graduating in 1991. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in March 2019. These certifications include Build, Focus, Foundations, PMC Level IV, and Price.
