LeiLei Ros has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career as a Tech Support Representative at Perseus Development Corp. in 2005. They then worked as a Lab Technician at Harvard Medical School's Biopolymers Facility for a brief period in 2006. In 2007, they joined Northeastern University as a Building Manager.

LeiLei Ros transitioned into the healthcare industry in 2007, joining Partners HealthCare as an Applications Analyst Intern. Over the years, they took on various roles within the organization, including Applications Analyst I & II, where they played multiple roles to support the Laboratory for Molecular Medicine. They became the lead requirements engineer, tester, support representative, and project manager for the in-house laboratory information management system.

In this role, they established, optimized, and led a team of requirements and quality engineers. They also transitioned development processes from Partners Healthcare to Sunquest and provided product release plans and timelines for planning across innovation teams.

LeiLei Ros then joined Galvanize Inc. in 2020 as a Software Engineering Immersive Resident, where they gained experience in the field of software engineering and worked on various projects. Later in 2020, they joined Software Engineering Applications as a Backend Developer, where they implemented a new backend with API conversion and increased client load and throughput. They also worked as a Frontend Developer at the same company, building a dynamic photo banner service.

Currently, LeiLei Ros is working as a Software Engineer at Eventbrite, starting in 2021.

LeiLei Ros holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Biology from Northeastern University, which they completed between 2002 and 2008. In 2020, they enrolled in a program called Hack Reactor for an Advanced Software Engineering Immersive, but they did not obtain a degree from this institution. Additionally, LeiLei Ros has obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, although the specific dates of when they obtained these certifications are not provided.
