Megan Manaster

Megan Manaster, CPA has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Megan began their career at Eventbrite in 2023 as the Senior Manager of SEC & Corporate Reporting. Prior to that, Megan worked at Sonos, Inc. where they held multiple positions including Corporate Accounting Manager, Chief of Staff, and Technical Accounting Manager from 2021 to 2023. Before their time at Sonos, Megan served as the Manager of External Reporting & SOX Compliance at Aptevo Therapeutics Inc from 2020 to 2021. Megan started their professional journey at EY in 2016, working as a Senior II - Assurance and later transitioning to the Transaction Advisory Services Rotation. Megan also served as a Staff & Experienced Staff - Assurance during their time at EY, assisting clients in the retail, technology, and healthcare industries. Megan gained valuable experience as an External Audit Intern at EY in 2015. Additionally, they had internships at Impinj, LuxLounge EFR, and SPS Commerce, where they gained skills in finance, accounting, and research. Megan's educational background includes participation in the Global Leadership Program at USC Marshall School of Business, where they were selected for a summer internship in China. Megan also served as the President of the National Honor Society at Issaquah High School. Overall, Megan's work experience demonstrates their expertise in accounting, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, technical accounting issues, and client service in various industries.

Megan Manaster, CPA, graduated from Issaquah High School in 2012. Megan then attended the University of Southern California from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. In 2015, Megan also studied Economics at the University of Navarra.

In March 2018, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the State Board of Accountancy.
