Molly Monroe

Molly Monroe has extensive experience in fraud and chargeback operations. Molly most recently worked at Eventbrite as an Associate Manager of Fraud and Chargeback Operations starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they were with YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP where they served as an Online Fraud Team Lead from December 2017 to June 2022. Molly also has a background in fraud analysis, having worked at NET-A-PORTER as a Senior Fraud Analyst from July 2013 to December 2017 and as an Online Fraud Analyst from March 2011 to July 2013. Molly began their career at Neiman Marcus as a Loss Prevention Investigator from November 2006 to August 2010.

Molly Monroe began their education at Baylor University in 1999 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2003. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY) between 2003 and 2005.
