Shiv Raval

Shiv Raval has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shiv started their career as a Support Employee in the Student Works Management Program, where they managed employee schedules and transported materials. Shiv then worked as a Course Instructor at UCMAS Canada, developing educational plans and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Shiv also gained experience as a Personal Shopper at Loblaw Companies Limited, handling online orders and customer communication. Shiv later joined Eventbrite as a Social Media Representative, promoting events on social media platforms. Currently, Shiv is working at Mark's, where they are a Retail Sales Associate and also serves as a Manager on Duty.

Shiv Raval completed their high school education at Foundations for the Future Charter Academy from 2005 to 2018, earning a High School Diploma. In 2018, they enrolled at Mount Royal University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing. Shiv is expected to graduate in 2023.

In addition to their academic achievements, Shiv Raval has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2019, they obtained the Hubspot Agency Partner Certification from HubSpot Academy. In 2021, they completed the Google Analytics for Beginners course offered by Google. In 2022, they obtained three certifications: the Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification and the Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite, as well as the Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google.
