Meg Breithaupt

Meg Breithaupt has over 14 years of experience in event planning and fundraising. Meg began their career in 2006 as a Data Entry Operator at the Museum of Science, Boston. Meg then progressed to Senior Special Events Coordinator and Special Projects Coordinator, managing 20+ Advancement events and fundraising teams that raised $100,000+ annually. In 2015, they moved to the Whitehead Institute as a Senior Events and Annual Giving Officer, managing 25+ Institutional Advancement events and the $1M Annual Fund. In 2017, they joined Sheraton Hartford South as a Sales Coordinator, managing advance and on-site logistics for 15-20 internal events. In 2018, they became Corporate Catering Sales Manager at Riverhouse Catering, managing inside and outside sales for 200+ corporate events annually. Currently, they are the Director of Events at EventCreate.

Meg Breithaupt began their educational journey in 1998 when they attended Londonderry Senior High School until 2002. Meg then went on to attend Saint Anselm College, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2006.
