Manoj J.

Manoj J. has worked in various roles since 2012. Manoj began their career as a Technical Support Analyst at Tata Communications in 2012. In 2015, they transitioned to MeraEvents as a Sr. Business Operations Associate, where they acted as a primary point of contact in dealing with clients. In 2017, Manoj J. joined Eventdex as a Business Operations and Partnerships Associate, where they were responsible for onboarding clients, maintaining events, providing training, and providing on-site support. Manoj also served as an escalation point between the client/business area and internal management for the resolution of moderately complex unresolved problems, complaints and service requests.

Manoj J. completed their SSC in 2004 and Intermediate in 2007 from the Board of Secondary Education and Board of Intermediate Education respectively. Manoj then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad from 2007 to 2011. In 2013, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations from NIIT - IFBI, with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations.
