Wesley Pelletier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Wesley started their career at StanTech Environmental Services as an Environmental Intern in 2009. Wesley then worked as a Risk Analyst (Temporary) at CashStar in 2012. In 2013, Wesley was an Outreach and Development Assistant at the Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project, where they managed relations with donors and assisted with graphic design work. Wesley also briefly served as a Staff Assistant for Congresswoman Chellie Pingree.
Wesley's career in software development began at Certify, Inc., where they worked as a Customer Support representative from 2014 to 2015. Wesley later joined Portland Charter Information as a Project Manager from 2021 to 2022.
Wesley's longest tenure was at Emburse Certify, where they held multiple roles. As a Software Developer I & II, they collaborated with clients and cross-functional teams to implement new features and optimize the Expense Report Management SaaS web application. Wesley then transitioned to the role of Technical Product Owner - Data Integration, where they led project teams, drafted Statements of Work, and created internal documentation. Wesley cultivated relationships with clients and customer-facing teams while owning the functionality of data integration products.
Most recently, Wesley joined Livable Portland as a Campaign Director in 2022, and they will be starting a new position as a Software Engineer at Eventective in 2023.
Wesley Pelletier received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English, specializing in Literary/Critical Analysis, from the University of Maine in the period from 2008 to 2012.
