Amy Doherty is the Event Manager for the City of Suwanee for over 13 years, overseeing 40 events a year. A graduate from University of Southern Mississippi, she has won many awards over the years and continues to grow and diversify each season. She has been a speaker for the Southeast Festivals and Events Association conference and the Southeast Tourism Society Marketing College. She has also spoken at various seminars in Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama and Kentucky. She served on the Board of Directors of the Southeast Festivals and Events Association and as the board chair.
