Cornelius Becker is an international senior business leader with over 22 years of experience in leading business strategy and growth for consumer brands generating up to €1B+ in annual revenue. They have held significant leadership roles at both global family-owned private companies and DAX40-listed corporates, most recently serving as Global Head of Derma Brands at Beiersdorf AG. In this role, they managed a full P&L oversight and led a team of over 1400 staff. Cornelius began their career as an entrepreneur and later gained consulting experience at McKinsey & Company, advising top executives and honing their analytical skills.
