Jenny Fast

Jenny Fast currently serves as the Team Leader for Customer Care & Fulfillment and Project Manager International at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA, where responsibilities include managing on-sales for international artists across up to 15 countries simultaneously and overseeing product rollouts. Previously, Jenny Fast held multiple positions at BLUME2000 SE from 2013 to 2021, including Project Manager for CRM & BA, where efforts focused on integrating eCommerce with retail, and leading a shop-in-shop initiative for floral distribution in grocery sectors. Prior experience also includes a review of logistics locations and optimization of procurement processes. Educational credentials consist of a Master of Science in Sustainability and Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Sustainable Leadership from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration.
