Kai Lippok

Kai Lippok is currently the Head of Department for Corporate Office IT at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA, where they leverage over 20 years of IT experience to manage and innovate IT solutions. Prior to this, they served as Director of Internal IT at NEW WORK SE, where they led cloud migration projects and developed IT strategies. Kai also held the position of Teamlead IT at XING SE for over a decade, overseeing a large international IT team and infrastructure management. Their journey in IT began with a passion for technology, marked by early achievements such as developing a computer game at 15 and creating a personal website in 1996. Kai completed their education as a Fachinformatiker in Application Development at Gewerbeschule 18 Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg and Skill Networks Solution Factory GmbH.
