Melanie Springer

Melanie Springer is a seasoned product manager with extensive expertise in user experience design, currently serving at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA since July 2014. With a background as a user experience engineer at hmmh multimediahaus AG, Melanie has focused on user guidance and information architecture, as well as the creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes, particularly for Windows 8 applications. Melanie's previous experience includes internships involving web development and project management, where responsibilities encompassed customer support, content management, and usability testing.
