Thorsten Schäffler

Thorsten Schäffler is currently the Chief Product Officer at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA, where they continue to drive product excellence in high-growth environments. With over a decade of experience, they previously served as Vice President Online Product at Flix and as Chief Digital Product Officer at Enpal, where they co-led the development of innovative energy solutions. Thorsten has a strong background in scaling teams, having expanded the tech staff at FlixMobility from 30 to over 600 employees. They hold a Dr. rer. pol from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Diplom Betriebswirt from ESB Business School. Outside of their professional endeavors, Thorsten is an avid kitesurfer and runner.
