Vicki Lo

Vicki Lo is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at EventMobi since May 2021, Vicki previously held the role of Product Designer at Paysafe Group from April 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating cross-functional teams to advocate for user needs and leading design efforts for customer verification and authentication. Past roles include User Experience Architect and Junior User Experience Architect at Crate & Barrel, as well as a Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative. Additional experience includes positions in marketing and communications, information design, and retail management. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Communication in Information Design from Mount Royal University.
