Sam Garcia

Sam Garcia has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Sam started their career as a Senior Copywriter at Upwork in 2010 and executed over 32 contracts for clients needing English copywriting services. Sam then transitioned to Genix, LLC in 2015 as a Project Manager, where they successfully coordinated with independent consultants to apply for ANSI accreditation as a food handler's management training provider. Sam also oversaw a small team of outbound call center agents and prepared final certified training resources. In 2016, Sam joined Eventscase as a Product Evangelist and was responsible for proofreading the company website and writing articles for SEO. Sam also made cold calls to potential clients. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Project Manager at Eventscase, focusing on key markets and successfully delivering over 100 projects. Sam also handled software customization projects and became a coordinator for software development projects using agile methodologies. In 2019, they took on the role of Head of Product Training and Documentation at Eventscase, where they designed the first e-learning system for onboarding new team members and implemented company-wide training sessions. Finally, in 2021, Sam became a Portfolio Manager at Eventscase, leading a team of project managers and implementing best practices.
