Eric Ho

Eric Ho has over 18 years of work experience in the IT industry. Eric currently works as a Cloud Engineer at Eventus, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, Eric worked at National Australia Bank as a Senior Consultant Cloud Engineer from February 2019 to February 2022. Before that, they worked at Datacom as a Cloud Platform Specialist from June 2016 to February 2019, and as a Cloud Automation Engineer from March 2016 to June 2016. Eric also has experience working at Accenture as an Infrastructure Team Lead from October 2013 to March 2016. Their earlier experience includes working at Dalian Allrun Electronic Co. LTD, where they held positions as a Solutions Engineer from January 2008 to August 2012, and as a Senior Network Engineer from August 2004 to December 2007.

Eric Ho holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Dalian University of Technology, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same university, between 1988 and 1992. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained various certifications in different fields. Notably, they are a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure certified, and has certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, EMC, VMware, Red Hat, HashiCorp, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in areas such as server administration, networking, security, and cloud computing.
