Leanza Kauffman is an accomplished professional in sales and event management with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Director of Sales at EventWorks since January 2021, Leanza previously held roles such as Director of Sales at 428 Main, where management of vintage event rentals and client relationships was a key focus. In earlier positions, Leanza oversaw sales at Magnolia Plantation & Gardens, managing over 250 weddings annually, and led sales events at Mountain Lake Lodge and Cocktails Catering. Leanza's educational background includes a Master's in Hospitality & Tourism Management and dual B.S. degrees in Event Management and Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
